Flexible Office Marketplace Platform Plans Expansion In India – Allwork.Space
Flexible office marketplace company Flexo has expanded its services to India as demand continues to grow in the region.
Flexo began servicing Mumbai coworking spaces before deciding to expand across the country, with the company in talks to grow coworking spaces in Pune over the next six to twelve months.
“India is a rare bright spark in a gloomy world economy. Demand for coworking in India is unprecedented with coworking operators responsible for leasing over 20% of all commercial office space,” said Vivek H Kundnani, CEO and founder of Flexo.
Kundnani adds that while demand for flexible offices is most prominent in Tier 1 cities, “Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities are also experiencing heavy demand due to increased adoption of hybrid workplace models.”
